Omnes Capital invests in Prima Vital

Omnes, through its Omnes Mezzanis 3 fund, is carrying out its 4th sponsorless operation as part of its investment in Prima Vital.
Created in 2008, Prima Vital specializes in the design and B2C distribution of home support and accessibility solutions for the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The company has grown by gradually expanding its product offering. It relies on a team of sales representatives and installers spread throughout France. The objective of the transaction is to allow Jean-Paul Berthault to take the majority of the capital of Prima Vital. The CEO chose Omnes for his ability to support him in the expansion of the company, in order to meet the growing needs of the senior market in France.
