Our playground?
Companies!
We advocate a multidisciplinary and hands-on approach to help companies grow serenely.
Founded in 2010 in Brussels, Brugmann Conseil was born from the meeting of three partners at Cegelec: Laurent Le Bars, Franck Laborey as well as the late Benoit Verron.
Based on their experience with general management and financial management, they have built an offer dedicated to managers and shareholders of SMEs and SMIs who are faced with issues similar to those of larger groups without having the size to have the internal resources to address them.
In 2012, the firm opened offices in Paris.
It then progressively broadened its areas of expertise to become the partner of the company director in the definition and implementation of his strategy in M&A, marketing and sales, finance and risk management.
Our DNA is based on the passion we have for the corporate world and entrepreneurs, to whom we bring theoretical know-how and an ability to set up plans that are not just beautiful on paper.
Participate in a common project with a the long term mindset and allow people to take a step back from a situation.
Act constraintless and with a total freedom of speech to fulfill our commitments and convictions.
Work with confidence and transparency to gather action and words.
Its actions include analyzing the causes of underperformance, building an action plan, reviewing the solidity and quality of results, analyzing the effectiveness of internal control and improving working capital management.
