ERI acquires Horus

Brugmann Conseil once again assists the ERI Group in its external growth program.

We were pleased to advise ERI on the acquisition of Groupe Horus in Chatou (78). With the support of Andera Partners, ERI has strengthened its presence in the installation and maintenance of access control systems in the Paris region.

The merger with Horus enables ERI to accelerate the development of its Security Continuum division and strengthen its presence in the western Paris region. Following the acquisition of Elsia in 2019, ERI is pursuing its development in safety-security with an integrated offering ranging from physical to cyber security.

Founded in 1987, the Horus Group has recognized expertise in innovative, made-to-measure security devices. With a presence throughout the life cycle of installed devices, and end-to-end control of the production chain, the Horus Group is positioned as a high value-added player in the Paris region security market.
