Brugmann Conseil is very pleased to have advised the management of ERI Group in its capital restructuring, Andera Partners acquiring from Latour Capital the Group’s majority shareholding.
ERI Group is one of the leading companies in Ile-de-France in multi-technical services for buildings and infrastructures. Andera Partners, alongside the Group’s management, bought ERI’s majority shareholdings from Latour Capital who had taken control of the Group in 2016.
This operation allows Chairman François Lhoutellier to accelerate the growth by associating 40 managers within the group's capital.
