Brugmann Conseil supports Omnes Capital in its first partnership outside France.

We supported Omnes Capital in the creation of a joint venture with Belgian real estate developer ION. This partnership, endowed with a 35 million euro fund, aims to develop high environmental performance real estate projects in Belgium and Luxembourg.

This partnership is Omnes' first investment outside France, and ION, renowned for its expertise in green building, will bring its in-depth knowledge of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets to the table.

Together, Omnes Capital and ION will contribute to the creation of environmentally friendly real estate developments, aligned with the highest standards in terms of energy and carbon footprint.We are delighted to have worked again with Omnes Capital's Sustainable Cities team to accelerate the fund's deployment abroad through our presence in France and Belgium.
